Our company is a global leader in providing cables for data center construction, renovation, and maintenance projects. We provide power interconnection cables from the grid to servers, various types of data cabling, and infrastructure cables for facility management systems such as air conditioning and lighting.
LSZH CABLES
The power distribution of any data center facility requires the use of LSZH (low smoke halogen-free) material sheathed cables. Low smoke halogen-free materials do not release toxic smoke related to burning PVC or smoke that reduces visibility, thereby reducing the risk to personnel and sensitive equipment in the event of a fire.
Medium voltage cable
Our company provides armored 11kV and 33kV cables that comply with British standards BS6622 and BS7835, Triplex cables approved by DNO in the UK, as well as cables for interconnecting wind turbines and solar photovoltaic panels in systems including renewable energy generation.
Compliance of cardiopulmonary resuscitation
The construction of data centers within the European Union must comply with the Building Products Regulation (CPR). Starting from July 1st, 2017, all cable products of our company comply with CPR standards (if applicable). Please refer to our CPR compliance information for more detailed information.
What types of cables are included in the data center series?
Our data center cable series includes LSZH (Low Smoke Zero Halogen) cables, which are sheathed with LSZH material and suitable for power distribution throughout the entire data center facility. Low smoke halogen-free materials do not emit toxic smoke related to burning PVC or smoke that reduces visibility, thereby reducing the risk to personnel and sensitive equipment in the event of a fire. We also provide armored 11kV and 33kV cables that comply with British standards BS6622 and BS7835, Triplex cables approved by DNO in the UK, and cables for interconnecting wind turbines and solar photovoltaic panels in systems including renewable energy generation.
How are data center cables tested?
All data center cables must comply with the Building Product Regulations (CPR); Since 2017, all of our company's cable products have complied with CPR standards (if applicable). These tests include flame propagation, smoke emissions, combustion droplets and particles, and acidity. Please refer to our CPR compliance information for more detailed information.
What materials are used for data center cables?
All of our data center cables are made of high-quality materials to ensure optimal performance and safety. Copper and aluminum are used as conductors to improve durability. Copper provides efficient electrical transmission with minimal losses, while aluminum offers an economically efficient and lighter alternative. For insulation, we use cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) because it has thermal stability, moisture resistance, and chemical resistance. Its outer sheath is made of PVC, which can prevent physical damage and ultraviolet radiation.
Can I customize the length and specifications of data center cables?
We offer customized lengths and specifications to meet your project requirements, and we are always ready to assist you. Find your local branch here and immediately contact our sales team to discuss how we can support your latest data center project.
